Bring your own working rigid heddle loom with all the accessories, or use ours in the shop. Tape measure, yarn needle, a skein of wool appropriately sized for your reed.
Beginning Spinning

Learn the basics of spinning on a wheel. Learn to prepare fiber, spin it into yarn and ply it for knit, crochet and weaving projects. Practice and build your skills while experimenting with different wheels or bring your working wheel to get comfortable with its rhythms. Fee $40
Drop Spindle Workshop
Learn to spin with the drop spindle, an ancient tool that is still in use today to spin fiber into yarn; the small size makes the drop spindle perfect for a portable project. The class fee includes a drop spindle and wool. Fee $40
